JAMIE HAIT

The founder and President of Next Level Plan has created comprehensive business plans, marketing plans and communications strategies for more than 10 years. Jamie's clients benefit from her extensive experience in domestic and international business.

From 1994 to 1997, Jamie was the Corporate Account Planner for Asia with Donna Karan International and DKNY. She coordinated sales, product development and training, and created strategic marketing plans for the largest international markets. Earlier, Jamie coordinated government approval of Class III medical devices for Asahi Medical USA, where she also created marketing and product usage manuals for all product lines. From mid-1990, she developed marketing and sales programs at Bi-Lingual USA, creating specialized language courses for corporate clients that included JP Morgan, Sumitomo Bank, Morgan Stanley, Toyota and Union Carbide.

Jamie received her undergraduate degree in Japanese Language from Georgetown University and her International MBA from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management. She is fluent in Japanese and is proficient in Italian and French.

 


MARLIN OUVERSON

Marlin Ouverson brings a broad background in editing, publications, corporate communications and web design. His work is keenly attuned to the needs of each client and has served technology concerns in Silicon Valley, banking interests in Europe, and software developers and other businesses in southern California.

Marlin's experience in technical editing and with publication design and the structure of information lends a special focus to his design work for web sites, which have included content-rich large sites and smaller "brochure-ware" sites. He has also produced documentation suites for a consortium of smart-card firms and for embedded-systems developers, and has edited and designed periodicals and web sites for experts in technology fields.

Mr. Brower is the founding chairman of the Orange County Chapter of the Entrepreneurship Institute and a member of the Forum of Corporate Directors. Linda Novack
Novack & Associates Executive Coaching

Linda Novack is the principal of Novack & Associates, a Los Angeles based consulting firm specializing in performance excellence through coaching, organization development and training. Linda focuses her services in four primary areas: 1) leadership development including executive/management coaching and coaching skills training for leaders; 2) public speaking skills training and consultations; 3) teambuilding for a high-performance, collaborative workforce; and 4) company-wide mentoring programs. Linda has more than 15 years experience in helping organizations and individuals increase their effectiveness and productivity. Linda received her Masters degree from Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a graduate of Coach University, and is a Master Certified Coach.

Seena Sharp founded Sharp Market Intelligence in Los Angeles in 1979 following a successful corporate career in New York City, where she earned her masters degree in mathematics from NYU. SMI specializes in market intelligence and analysis to Fortune 500 and emerging companies that are entering a new industry, expanding their product or service line, preparing their strategic plan, or engaged in business development. SMI is highly regarded for uncovering accurate and comprehensive intelligence about industries, companies, products, services, and ideas.
